Stable support for demanding lifts
The 2POOD Rocket 4" Weightlifting Belt is designed to support your core during heavy strength training and Olympic lifts. It is suitable for movements such as squats, deadlifts, clean and jerks and snatches, when maintaining a strong brace and stable position matters most. The belt sits around the belly button, above the hips and below the ribs, helping you create a consistent lifting setup without replacing good technique.
At 4 inches wide, this is the standard option preferred by most athletes. If you have a particularly short torso or a small distance between your hips and ribs, a 3-inch belt may be more comfortable. Choose the 4-inch Rocket when it can sit securely without riding up over the ribs.
Quick adjustment with WODclamp
The belt features the WODclamp double-buckle fastening system and a wide hook-and-loop closure. The fastening system is designed for quick adjustment between exercises. For faster workouts, the metal buckle can be used to loosen or tighten the belt in seconds with one hand. For heavier lifts, the second buckle provides additional fastening security.

When and how to wear it
Many athletes introduce a belt for heavy attempts above approximately 80–85% of their current one-repetition maximum. It can also be useful during higher-repetition loaded movements when fatigue makes it harder to maintain a clean brace. The correct position is around belly-button height, above the hip bones. Tighten it securely so that it supports your brace while still allowing you to breathe and move correctly.
Before selecting a size, measure around your body at belly-button height rather than using your trouser-waist measurement. The supplied chart recommends sizing down when you are between two sizes. Once fastened, the two ends should usually remain about 2–5 cm apart and should not overlap. Always prioritise controlled technique and follow the guidance of a qualified coach where appropriate.
Rocket styling and care
The Rocket design combines a bold royal-blue finish with subtle glitter, black edging and a black patch featuring a blue kettlebell logo. It brings a distinctive look to training while remaining focused on practical support. After training, allow the belt to dry completely. If cleaning is needed, hand-wash it with cold water and let it dry fully before storage.
2POOD weightlifting belts are presented by the manufacturer as the official weightlifting belt of the CrossFit Games and the U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Team. This product is intended for athletes who want adjustable core support for demanding training sessions, from functional fitness to Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
