Orders made and confirmed on a business day until 15:00 are delivered the next day. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are delivered on the second business day thereafter. Validation is done by receiving an automated e-mail from us. We then contact you at the phone number and specify the availability of the goods, the place of delivery and your confirmation. If we are unable to contact you by phone or at the specified email address, the order will not be sent.

ORDER

To order from our online store, after you have selected the product you want to order, the color and size, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've done so, you can continue to browse and add more items by choosing the "Continue shopping" or "Order" button. When you finish your orders, you must click on the "Cart" button. There are all the items you have selected. From here you can change the quantity of items, remove some of them if you decide. Once you've finally selected the items, choose a "Buy" button. Here, in the left part of the screen, you should send your details: Name, Phone, E-mail and eventually if you have any request, as well as the delivery address or office of SPEEDY, and you must indicate that you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of site and that you agree to the processing of your personal data. Again, select the "Continue" button. A window appears asking you to enter how you want to pay. The last step is the "Order Now" button. At each stage of the order, you can go back and choose other items to add to your cart.

Once you have made your order we will send you an E-mail that lists the items you want to order. On the next business day, our employee will contact you to specify where to send your ordered items and request a confirmation of the order. If we are unable to contact you by phone or email, the order is not sent.
