Weight composed of 10 plates of 0.249 lb and 12 plates of 0.416 lb.  

Thin plate dimensions: 95*30mm by 5mm thick / 160*30mm by 5mm thick

Laser-cut steel plates to avoid possible cuts

Medium ballast: 11.50 lb / 5.22 kg

Composed of 10 plates of 0.379 lb and 12 plates of 0.639 lb.

Medium plate dimensions: 95*30mm by 8mm thick / 160*30mm by 8mm thick

Coarse ballast: 17.50 lb /7.94kg

Composed of 10 plates of 0.579 lb and 12 plates of 0.974 lb.
