Quick and Easy Adjustments: The patented head design not only makes it easy to quickly resize, but also makes cable changes hassle-free, with no wrench or screwdriver required. Quickly size your jump rope to the optimal length with the patented self-adjusting head. The cables are 3m long (long enough for anyone up to 193 cm). Find your optimal length, tighten the head, and clip the excess cable.
