The PicSil Lifting Straps has a padded wrist support to avoid you hurt your wrist. That allows you to train more and better.


The design allows for a quick, easy set-up, with the free end of the strap slipping around the bar and through the closed loop, securing the wrist. Using these straps can enable an athlete to power through some workouts that might otherwise be cut short by weakened grip strength.
