Heron Grips V2 – Citrus by Picsil are hybrid grips designed to provide a secure hold during training with or without chalk. They retain the familiar Heron shape while introducing an updated design, renewed visual identity and a fresh colour option. With a 2.1 mm construction, they offer a balanced feel between protection, contact with the surface and control during movement.

The construction combines PU, aramid and microfiber. The PU surface contributes to a dependable grip, aramid adds strength, and microfiber supports comfort during use. The grips are designed for different training surfaces, including bars, rings and ropes. Use them with or without chalk according to your preference and the conditions of your session.

The familiar Heron shape, evolved

Heron Grips V2 keep the geometry of the previous model, so athletes already familiar with Heron can continue to use the same basic format and feel. This edition updates the interior design, visual language and finish. The Citrus colour gives the grips a fresh appearance while keeping the product’s core functionality unchanged.

Useful details for training

The adjustable hook-and-loop fastening secures the grip around the wrist, while the silicone puller helps make transitions between exercises quicker. The pack includes a pair of Heron Grips, a pair of cotton sports wristbands and a fabric carry bag. The materials are stated to be OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The grips are designed to help extend sets in cross-training workouts and provide control on different types of bars.

Care instructions

To help prolong their service life, hand wash the grips with cold water and mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Air dry them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Store them in the supplied fabric bag in a dry, ventilated place, and avoid twisting or excessively bending the grips. Choose the suitable option from G or G+ according to the available size configuration.
