Picsil Grain Hybrid Grips are designed for athletes who want reliable hand protection and adaptable performance across different training environments. Their Triple Grain Surface™ combines three technical textures that create different friction patterns as your hand contacts and moves across the bar. This helps the grips perform effectively on a wide range of bar finishes, whether you train with magnesium or without it.

The hybrid design is particularly useful when you move between boxes, gyms or competitions with different rules and equipment. Instead of changing grips according to the bar or chalk conditions, Grain Grips are built to offer consistent control in both situations. Their progressive grip can help reduce forearm fatigue while protecting the skin of the hands during demanding, high-volume sessions.

Three-layer construction

Grain Grips use three technical layers that each serve a specific purpose. The outer polyurethane layer is highly resistant to wear and supports contact with the bar. Its three-texture surface is designed to adapt to different metal finishes and training conditions. At the centre, an aramid-fibre layer provides mechanical strength and helps the grips retain their structure during intensive use. The inner microfiber layer feels soft against the hand, supports comfort and breathability, and helps improve the fit throughout your workout.

Protection without losing sensitivity

The approximately 2.1 mm thickness is intended to balance palm protection with a close feel for the bar. The hybrid construction distributes load across the grip during movements such as pull-ups, chest-to-bar, toes-to-bar, bar muscle-ups and bar complexes. This can help reduce friction-related discomfort, blisters and skin tears during repeated bar work, while preserving the control needed for technical gymnastics movements.

A wide Velcro closure and elongated rubber section help keep the grip positioned during pulling, kipping and swinging movements. The familiar Picsil shape is retained, now in a model designed to work with or without magnesium. Grain Grips are suitable for Functional Fitness, calisthenics, gymnastics and other high-volume training sessions.

What is included

Each pack contains one pair of Grain Grips, one pair of cotton wristbands, a fabric carrying pouch and access to the PicSil Grain community. The grips are made in Spain using materials certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. The construction is described as 100% vegan in the supplied product information.

• Clean the surface after training with a slightly damp cloth.
• Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry; air-dry away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Store the grips in the included fabric pouch in a dry, ventilated place.
• Avoid excessive twisting or folding to help preserve the material structure.
