Returns and Exchange

You may return an unused item in new condition within 14 days of receipt. The item must be clean and without any traces of usage (such as magnesium, creams, perfume or cigarette smell).

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must fill in the Return / Exchange Form on our website, providing the order number and specifying whether the request is for a refund or an exchange for a different size or product.

The returned item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.

Once we receive the returned package and confirm that the product meets the return conditions, we will either refund the product price or ship the requested replacement item.

Important Information

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our customer service determines that the return is due to an order error or a defective product.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the return to be processed or for an exchange to be shipped.

• Socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
